Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us (CTD Computer Technik Dienstleistung, Im Schlade 20, 28844 Weyhe, Germany) by means of a clear statement.
Early expiry for digital content
The right of withdrawal expires for contracts on the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if we have begun performance after you expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB).
The German version (Widerrufsbelehrung) is legally binding.
